Freelancer Opportunity - Sr. Digital Analyst

Description:

As digital analytics professional you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior and providing business insights for our Proximus websites and apps.

You will manage and maintain the web analytics implementation for our websites and apps, ensuring consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core website KPI’s

You have a close affinity with the evolution of online business in all fields (pre-sales, sales, servicing, support, etc.) detecting trends in the surfing behavior and usage of the website and apps

Required Responsibilities:

Understand the digital business functionalities and pain-points

Translate Business requirements into tagging guidelines

Develop dashboards in adobe analytics

Conduct pro-active analysis

Degree & Experience:

Medior profile

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics

You have experience in creating Adobe analytics dashboards

You have experience providing data layer recommendations

Technical Skills:

You are an expert in Adobe analytics (Complex segments, Calculated metrics…)

You are familiar with Google Analytics and Looker Studio

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

You are familiar with Content square

Attitudes/Behavior:

You are able to work with limited supervision

FR/EN or NL/EN
