As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing harmonized HR practices across Ardo’s plants in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, with potential involvement in other countries. Your mission includes supporting Group Supply Chain and Group Operations teams while bridging global HR strategy with local execution.

  • Global Policy Harmonization: Develop, implement, and ensure the local adaptation of centralized HR policies.
  • Local Team Support: Act as a trusted advisor, fostering consistency and alignment with Group standards.
  • Process Excellence: Oversee the timely and high-quality execution of HR processes, both strategic and operational.
  • Change Leadership: Lead the adoption of global HR frameworks, embedding them into local cultures effectively.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Work closely with Group HR colleagues and local teams to share best practices, foster synergies, and address regional nuances.
  • Talent Development: Deliver training and coaching to HR teams and management, ensuring skill enhancement and engagement.
  • Operational Expertise: Oversee HR activities in operations and supply chain contexts, addressing challenges with tailored solutions.


Your profile

Education and Experience

  • A master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Legal, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner, in an international and centralized HR setting.
  • Proven expertise in HR processes (e.g., talent management, compliance, labor law) with a focus on operations and supply chain environments.

  • Influencing and Leadership: Build trust across all levels, driving adherence to centralized frameworks without direct authority.
  • Problem-Solving: Deliver practical solutions to complex challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • Change Management Expertise: Lead change initiatives, fostering engagement and addressing resistance effectively.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Develop and empower local HR teams and management.
  • Digital and Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and digital tools.
  • Languages: Fluency in French, English and Dutch is essential.
