Your duties and responsibilities:

As the Senior Internal Auditor, you will:

• Contribute to the preparation and updating of the internal audit plan, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Lead and oversee audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Provide recommendations for internal control improvements and communicate audit results to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement in audit processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Collaborate with various teams to conduct risk assessments and implement a risk-based audit plan.
• Prepare comprehensive working papers and reports, ensuring they are reviewed thoroughly before submission.

Ideal profile:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in internal/external audit, ideally within the insurance, finance, or banking sector.
• Languages: Fluency in French or Dutch with a strong command of English.
• Qualifications: A master’s degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field; CRMA, CIA, or CISA certification is an advantage.
