Mission
Contract 6 months, with potential option to become permanent
YOUR FUNCTION:
You are, together with the other team members, responsible for the Managed Services portfolio management in terms of engagement follow up, as from startup till closeout and for related reporting. The PMO team ensures that customer projects and managed services contracts with a result-based commitment, are realized in a successful and profitable way. As part of the PMO team you proactively monitor, provide guidance and support to individual contracts and their stakeholders. The PMO team also provides guidance and support to startup and close the projects/contracts, which can entail customer contacts.

The Internal Contract Governance Officer is no substitute for the Service Delivery Manager or the Business Manager but creates an environment that provides maximum support and insights to both.
The Internal Contract Governance Officer is responsible for the continuous improvement of the PMO’s service level and added value, by looking for patterns in the portfolio, and defining new initiatives to address recurring issues. The best practices set out by PMO are continuously adapted to new methods and evolutions in the market and our customer’s needs.

- Document and institutionalize our MS related methodologies
- Onboard (within the PMO team) and setup Managed Services portfolio governance and follow-up
- Create competence matrix for SDM’s and promote Development of SDM Skills and SDM Community, provide coaching and guidance as relevant to the SDM’s.
- Continuous improvement of our methods and related processes, actively work on improvement actions
- Providing insights through structured reporting and interpretation of figures, support related Financial and Quality Assurance processes (revenue recognition, auditing, …)

YOUR PROFILE:
- You have thorough knowledge and experience in service delivery management and its challenges.
- You have good knowledge and experience with ITSM methods.
- You have good insights in service delivery management related stakeholders and their individual needs and expectations.
- You have an analytical mindset that enables you to extract insights and patterns from data, making the distinction between main- and side-issues.
- You have good communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong dose of empathy.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of French is a plus!
- You are pro-active, strong willed, dynamic and results driven.
- You have knowledge of Power BI.
