To reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager Retail.

As our Senior Key Account Manager in Retail, you’ll work with leading retailers across the BeNeLux region, driving growth and crafting solutions that reach millions. What You'll Do

• Lead Key Accounts: be the trusted advisor for our retail partners, building relationships based on understanding, support, and mutual growth.
• Strategize and Innovate: use market insights and data to craft strategies that strengthen sales, capture trends, and expand our reach.
• Collaborate across teams: work closely with Ontex teams—from marketing to supply chain—to deliver on strategic goals and boost value for every stakeholder.
• Continuous Improvement: identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to maximize results in retail environments across BeNeLux.
  
  

Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent through experience.
• Proven experience in account management within retail, preferably in a private label.
• Fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus
• Strong negotiating, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts and priorities
