Senior Manager – Finance Transformation & Automation

Your journey with usWe are seeking a Senior Manager to lead transformative engagements in Finance Operations, with a specific focus on automating core processes such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R). This role combines deep expertise in finance operations with a passion for leveraging automation and emerging technologies to optimize performance. You will play a key role in delivering complex client engagements, while also shaping Deloitte’s service offerings and go-to-market strategies in this space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Service Delivery:
• Lead end-to-end transformation projects in finance operations, focusing on automating and optimizing processes such as O2C, P2P, and R2R.
• Implement advanced automation solutions, including robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with clients to assess current-state operations, identify pain points, and design future-state processes that align with business objectives.
• Thought Leadership & Offering Development:
• Enhance Deloitte’s finance operations transformation and automation offerings by staying ahead of trends and integrating new capabilities.
• Develop frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies to streamline client engagements and drive measurable results.
• Author thought leadership pieces and represent Deloitte at industry forums to establish our leadership in finance automation.
• Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Work with senior leadership to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for finance operations and automation.
• Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and secure engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders, guiding them through their automation journeys.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor diverse, high-performing teams to deliver excellence across client engagements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the practice.
Let's talk about you• 7–10 years of experience in finance operations transformation, with a focus on O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
• Proven track record of implementing automation solutions (e.g., RPA, AI, ML) within finance operations, delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, and enabling technologies, including ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging CFOs and finance leadership teams.
• A results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving efficiency, cost optimization, and process excellence.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
