For one of our projects in Antwerp area, we seek a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the setup of our operations, including warehouse establishment, ERP system customization, and team development in the launch of a new archiving venture.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination : Lead the overall project planning and execution for the setup, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with joint venture stakeholders and the IT provider to ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and timely delivery of project milestones
ERP System Customization: Collaborate with the IT provider to customize and implement the archiving business solution already developed in the Odoo ERP system
Warehouse Setup: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of warehouse facilities, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with industry standards
Team Building: Train and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that financial targets are met
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience (senior level) as a Project Manager in the logistics, warehousing, or archiving industry, with a track record of successful project delivery
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP software customization; experience with Odoo ERP is a plus
Familiarity with the archiving, moving or logistics industry and its specific challenges is highly desirable
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus)
