Ipsos Unlimited Understanding is looking for a qualitative (senior) research consultant with an apt for strategic brand advice! Do you dare to dive deep and uncover the real drivers of consumer behavior? Do you see it as a challenge to translate qualitative data into concrete, strategic recommendations that truly help our international clients, with a diverse set of global and local brands? Then you are the qualitative (senior) research consultant we are looking for!

At Ipsos Unlimited Understanding, our qualitative research department, we go beyond just data. We deliver in-depth insights into attitudes, motivations and behaviors that determine consumer behavior.

As a qualitative (senior) research consultant, you are the bridge between data and strategy. You are an indispensable partner for our (inter)national clients in the FMCG sector, advising them on optimizing their products, services and customer experiences.

What makes your role unique?

You are not just a researcher; you are a consultant who formulates strategic recommendations based on in-depth qualitative research. You combine analytical thinking with a good dose of creativity and commercial insight. Your challenges?

  • You co-develop innovative and winning proposals and pitches, from standard briefs to complex, challenging projects.
  • You lead (inter)national qualitative research projects from A to Z, from designing discussion guides to analyzing and interpreting data, taking into account cultural nuances.
  • You present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise and convincing manner.
  • You identify trends and developments within the FMCG sector and translate these into concrete applications for our clients.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

  • You have experience in brand management, brand consultancy, qualitative research or a similar role.
  • You have a strong knowledge of the FMCG sector.
  • You are a creative thinker with a commercial mindset and excellent storytelling skills.
  • You have a flexible, innovative and analytical working style.
  • You are skilled in project management and know how to structure.
  • You are result-oriented and driven.
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch or French and you are highly fluent in English.
  • You are part of a diverse team (+20 people, both senior experts and young talents, 9 different nationalities, …)
