For our customer in Antwerp, Fujitsu is looking for an Onsite Service Desk Engineer Level 2.


Start date: foreseen 15/01/2025

Duration : 220 mandays

Languages : NL+EN

100% onsite presence required in Antwerp



The resource provided needs to present:


• Strong understanding of relevant technologies, computer systems, and software to troubleshoot and resolve user issues

• Customer centric approach with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to user issues

• Problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

• Should be able to identify recurring issues and propose relevant solutions

• Strong focus on shift left for Fujitsu level 1 service desk



Activities:


 ServiceDesk Level 2 Services

o Onsite support shall be delivered from the premises in Antwerp.

 VIP users support services!

 Reporting creation for the Level 2 services (in scope of this proposal)

 Appoint resources to replace any leaving employee along with orderly knowledge transfer, shadowing, and reverse-shadowing.

 Appoint backup resources for Fujitsu primaries resources (to cover sickness or planned leaves).

 Fulfilment of ad hoc requests related to L2 Service Desk
