We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics Specialist to join our expert team and help our clients unlock the power of data to drive strategic decision-making and innovation.

Your Role:

As a Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics Specialist, you will design and implement data-driven solutions that enable organizations to make informed, strategic decisions. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, using advanced BI tools and techniques to create insightful dashboards, reports, and analytics workflows.

What You’ll Do:

Core Expertise

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to assess their analytical needs and recommend BI solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Data Integration and Reporting: Design and implement data visualization solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, creating impactful dashboards and reports.
• Data Ecosystem Implementation: Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to process and transform data efficiently for BI and analytics purposes.

Technical Implementation

• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain robust, scalable data models to support analytical needs.
• ETL/ELT Development: Create efficient data integration workflows using ETL/ELT tools and frameworks.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Cloud BI Solutions: Deploy and manage BI workflows on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud to ensure performance and scalability.

Research and Innovation

• Stay updated on advancements in BI and analytics technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Explore innovative ways to integrate advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive analytics and machine learning, into BI solutions.

Project Management

• Lead BI and analytics projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives.

Training and Support

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower client teams with BI and analytics capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure the reliability and scalability of deployed solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and strong SQL skills for querying databases.
• Data Integration Skills: Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Informatica.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud BI platforms like Azure Synapse Analytics, AWS QuickSight, or Google BigQuery.
• Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of big data tools like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning integration into BI workflows.
• Familiarity with KPI frameworks and business acumen to align analytics with strategic goals.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Tableau Certified Professional.
