Ann Demeulemeester is looking for a Store Manager for Antwerp’s store.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all store operations, ensuring efficient daily performance;
  • Supervise, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships;
  • Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to optimize store appearance and product availability;
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed;
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining high satisfaction;
  • Train, develop, and inspire staff to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures;
  • Communicate the company’s values and brand stories effectively to the team and customers.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally in the luxury retail sector;
  • Excellent Knoledge of Excel;
  • Fluency in English and Flemish;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive performance;
  • Extensive knowledge of market trends and fashion;
  • Proficiency in managing all phases of the sales process;
  • Deep understanding of key sales KPIs;
  • Nice to have: knowledge of other languages.
