In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization by conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You take on a central role in the realization of the global strategic multi-year plan by supporting strategic projects that are most critical to the value of the company.

You will act as an internal consultant, working with top management as well as with employees from different departments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape movements and potential opportunities for growth.
- Develop and analyze various business scenarios to assess potential risks and opportunities, supporting informed decision-making.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including financial reports, market data, and internal performance metrics, to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in the development and execution of a number of strategic exercises and coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders globally to ensure an efficient collaboration while doing so.
- Map processes within certain departments in order to implement process optimization;
- Explore and analyze attractive acquisition targets and perform related analysis as part of the due diligence process.
- Strong academic record, including a degree in a relevant field;
- 5+ years in a strategic consulting role, corporate strategy, or business development within a complex, global business environment.
- You have a strong analytical and conceptual mind to define well-prepared business proposals;
- You think in scenarios and see patterns in complex situations. You are constantly looking for best practices.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
- You have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;
- You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
