Supply Chain Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Supply Chain Engineer in our automotive team.

As a Supply Chain Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities :

• Supply Management: Plan and manage production and supply to avoid shortages, track KPIs, and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Customer Relationship Management: Address market inquiries, implement CRM systems, monitor KPIs, and improve processes to exceed customer expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Kaizen principles, develop tools (including automation), and enhance processes for greater efficiency.

Your profile

• You hold a (masters) degree in economics, engineering, IT, business or related field
• You have experience in implementing supply management or customer relationship management methodologies and tools,
• Fluency in English is required,
• You have experience in problem solving methodologies (TBP, 8D) and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, kaizen, DMAIC),
• You have experience using an ERP system (NPA, SAP, Oracle),
• You have experience in handling high quantity of data and numbers with Excel, Access, VBA, Power BI, Power automate, Python or other similar tools in order to create automated workflows, reports, calculation sheets.
