The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide - making the impossible happen every single day.
You work closely with team members across multiple functions, depending on the research in question. You will need to navigate our ecosystem, which entails both business as well as technology and capability teams.

You are triggered to redefine the status quo by applying a critical mindset. You are driven to conduct thorough research and well-founded recommendations, to ensure Nike's supply chain is a true example of right time, right place at the right cost. You like to take ownership and accountability on delivering challenging yet realistic project roadmaps.
You engage others in stages of the process from ideation to delivery. Your success and speed of delivery are powered by your strong influencing and storytelling skills. As we operate in a large, fast-paced organization, you are comfortable with ambiguity.

You also play an elementary role in driving continuous incremental improvements in our supply chain processes.
Lastly, you are accountable for optimizing and designing the supply chain network to meet business needs through network modeling studies.
A typical day/week will see you being involved in one or more supply chain optimization workstreams ranging from gap exploration to assessing multiple optimization scenarios.
