To support our continued growth, Nobi is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain processes, from our in-house manufacturing in Aartselaar to final deliveries in all markets but specifically in our core markets, the US and UK. This hands-on role will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient, reliable supply chain flow while also acting as a backup for key logistics and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of supply chain logistics and experience in operational management, bringing both strategic insight and day-to-day problem-solving skills to our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee supply chain operations: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to manage product flow from manufacturing to end customers in all markets with focus on US and UK markets .

• Lead logistics and partner coordination: Ensure seamless communication and coordination with external logistics partners, including SLA follow-up and proactive resolution of logistical challenges. 

• Sales orders, product delivery & return process: Oversee the end-to-end follow-up of sales orders and deliveries and take ownership of delivery and return processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer needs.

• Finished product responsibility: Take ownership of the finished goods, including forecasting needs and proactively addressing challenges.

• Inventory and procurement management and support: Monitor and control inventory levels while providing backup for our procurement and logistics team, supporting supplier relationships, orders, and material planning. Interact with auditors to facilitate year-end inventory assessments and ensure compliance.

• Streamline and standardize processes: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement scalable processes across the supply chain.

• Compliance and documentation: Ensure adherence to import/export regulations, manage all related documentation and reporting, and oversee customs clearance processes.

• Environmental legislation compliance: Handle environmental compliance, including reporting and declarations for sustainability initiatives and packaging regulations.

• ERP ownership: Manage and maintain product information in Odoo (ERP system), ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal manufacturing, sales, finance and customer service teams as well as external service providers to align supply chain activities with company goals.

You for Nobi

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record in overseeing supply chain processes, with strong knowledge of procurement, logistics and SLA management.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills with a proactive, independent approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with supply chain management and inventory software.
• Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech or healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of sustainable practices within supply chain management.
• Experience with Odoo (ERP system).
