We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Kontich, Antwerp.
You will play a key role in steering the growth of Companions by hiring top talent for our holding and portfolio companies. Your responsibility is to attract a diverse hiring mix, which includes senior managers to lead our portfolio companies, managers at the holding level, high-potential individuals for our team, and various talents for our portfolio companies across a wide range of sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing
- Expertly identify exceptional talent through proactive use of LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative sourcing initiatives, tapping into your creativity.
- Actively reach out to potential candidates via phone, email, or mutual connections, inviting them for coffee at our office to discuss the opportunities at Companions.
- When preparing to acquire a new company, engage with investment managers to define and scout for the ideal leader to head the new vertical, taking an active role in candidate outreach.
- Lead, coordinate, and execute end-to-end recruitment initiatives aligned with business strategy and objectives.
- Design the right hiring process to make sure you can validate the potential of a candidate against an objective set of role competences and culture values.
- Design performance, technical, and intellectual assessment rounds to select the best candidates.
- Implement structured processes throughout the recruitment cycle, incorporating key performance indicators to measure strategy effectiveness.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create ideal candidate personas, job descriptions, and job postings.
- Regularly maintain and update our career site to reflect current opportunities.
- Own the recruitment process of different positions across the different portfolio companies and internally within Companions.
- Drive the selection process from resume screening to interviewing and offering a contract. You are the first point of contact and face of Companions for our candidates. It is you with who our candidates have their first intake, so let's make it a lasting impression.
- Master our (brand new) ATS system and try out new features, focused on attracting and retaining a talent pool
- Embody the Companions values throughout the recruitment process to draw in candidates who resonate with our ethos.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of successful hires;
- Demonstrated (HR) project management skills:
- Broad interest in various sectors with adaptability to diverse industries;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Results-driven and motivated to go the extra mile;
- Structured approach to work with the flexibility to adapt quickly;
- Passionate to win and convinced that winning is a team effort.
- Possess an out-of-the-box thinking mindset
- Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English; French is a plus
