Your team and your responsibilities
Lead team of technical specialist to resolve customer’s issue in the area of Connected Services
Your Responsibilities
Planning, assigning, and monitoring the workload of the technical specialist
Monitor KPI and ensure regular update to management
Ensure critical issues are being addressed or escalated to higher management
Interact with relevant stakeholders to update on ongoing issues
Propose and implement improvements in the current customer support flow
Contribute to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Communicate with key stakeholders
Your Profile
You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
You have experience in SW development and technical support
You have minimum 7 years experience in the area of technical support
You have experience in automotive industry and connected services
You have an IT background
You like troubleshooting technical issues
You have knowledge about technical support methodology
