Value Proposition Manager Wealth - Private Banking

The team
Our ambition is to grow Private Bank substantially in the coming years. As the market leader in the business segment, the potential for ING to grow further in Private Banking is huge.
Part of the ING Private Banking growth plan is also to start strengthening the central teams. You will be part of a high performing and talented team of experts.
To realize our growth ambition, we will have to make our value proposition at least as strong as that of our competitor Private Banks in Belgium.
To achieve this goal, we will also set up a Wealth Office within ING Private Banking.
Clients with assets of over 5M expect additional top services on top of a strong Private Banking value proposition.
The latter obviously consists of an important core of Investments, but also goes much further. For instance, Financial and Estate planning with a focus on Next Gen and service in Daily Banking, Insurance and Lending are very important. To develop these additional top services for Wealth clients, we are looking for a Value Proposition Manager Wealth.

A day in the life of a Value Proposition Manager Wealth:
- You are responsible for creating an interesting and up-to-date package for the Wealth clients, taking into account the trends in the Belgian Wealth Office market.
- You will work closely with the various Tribes within ING and with your 3 colleagues Value Prop Mgr. (Investments, Business Banking and Beyond)
- Together with our Commercial Support Managers and colleagues from Content & Communication, you make every effort to ensure a top-notch experience for our Private & Wealth Bankers -and customers.
- Together with your fellow Value Proposition Managers (Investments, Beyond and Business Banking), you have the freedom to mould your job yourself to achieve the best results.

- You like to pioneer
- You take pleasure in independently developing Wealth services for a very specific group of clients
- You know how to defend our interests with great perseverance within the various You find your way in an enthusiastic newly created central Business Development team
- You have extensive experience in project management
- Experience in Private Banking, and more specifically Wealth Management.
