The existing complexity of these supply chains, often extending beyond the first and second tiers, makes it difficult for companies to map out risks and ensure compliance with ESG criteria. ◾ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗨 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹, imposes stringent requirements on companies to demonstrate responsible sourcing and report on their supply chain practices. These regulations, which cover areas like deforestation, emissions, and human rights, require companies to engage more deeply with their suppliers and implement robust due diligence processes. ◾ 𝗜𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, both within the automotive sector and with upstream suppliers, to meet the growing regulatory demands and ensure sustainable sourcing of raw materials. 🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗦𝗥 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲?
