Sustainability is a key part of our mission and shared vision to create a better and healthier world — and we’re always looking for ways to reduce our carbon emissions. So, we’re delighted that through collaboration and partnerships with HP and our suppliers, we switched to a carbon-reduced PA 12, resulting in a 46% reduction in our emissions compared to the regular PA 12! This change sits beside other initiatives to reduce raw material emissions, such as optimizing our production processes and reusing or repurposing powder to give it an alternative life. This carbon-reduced powder is vital to meet our near-term target of reducing our CO2 emissions by 55% by 2029.  It’s an action that complements other actions, such as transitioning to renewable electricity in our production sites and most of our offices and using software solutions in our workflows that minimize scrape and material consumption.
