📚 We’re excited to announce the launch of a new internal initiative - BD Book Club, a platform for knowledge sharing and meaningful discussions - and this week, we kicked it off with our very first session! Sinisha Djukic presented The Culture Map by Erin Meyer, guiding us through the book’s eight cultural dimensions: Communicating, Evaluating, Leading, Deciding, Trusting, Disagreeing, Scheduling, and Persuading. 🌍 💡 The session wasn’t just about learning - it was about reflection and collaboration. Through an organizational self-assessment for Bosch Digital Bulgaria, we explored how these dimensions play out in our own workplace. Bosch Digital team joined The Big Tech Run 2024! 🏃♂️ Despite the cold weather and challenging track, our team showed determination and excellent results. In this sports event, we supported "Trotoara 2020" Community Center - a space that has been creating an environment for youth development through art, music, and creativity for 8 years.
