We're thrilled to announce the successful implementation of our IT processes in #ServiceNow! At present all service requests, incidents, and changes are being created and processed in a ✨new platform✨. We went live with: 🔹Platform foundation and platform operations model 🔹CMDB Data foundation 🔹ITSM Core processes: Change, Incident, Service request management 🔹During the first week were logged: 599 interactions, 1147 Service requests, 720 incidents, 57 changes. In addition to expanding our IT processes on the new platform, the future focus will be on implementing business use cases for standardization, automation and the use of AI using ServiceNow. A big thank you to all our colleagues in ServiceNow, and special thanks to KPMG IT Service GmbH the process owners, ITSM team, UAT participants, and the entire project team. At today’s #AI Masterclass, Paulina Kirilova, EMBA and Muhammad Abd El-Razek led an insightful session on AI Adoption. They examined SAP's latest generative AI solutions, designed to optimize every aspect of your business functions. The conversation explored future AI innovations with SAP and how these advanced solutions can transform your business operations. 📈 A key part of the discussion was how KPMG advises its clients to implement AI solutions in their industries. “What do we recommend to our clients in regard to AI? Start by identifying your North Star” shared our CEO Svetoslav Spasov. 🌟 We were also thrilled to have a surprise co-master, Zdravko Peshakov join Paulina and Muhammad on stage for a dynamic discussion on "SAP Business AI - What to Do Today - What's Coming Next." Zdravko emphasized, "The biggest challenge we see in enterprise is the integration between platforms." ↔️ The event also featured a #Joule demo by Muhammad, showcasing the practical applications of AI. Честит празник на българската просвета и култура! ✍🏼📖 Тази седмица имахме удоволствието да посрещнем в офиса ни писателя Захари Карабашлиев Zachary Karabashliev. Захари ни пренесе в света на творчеството си, споделяйки лични истории за пътя на писането, вдъхновението и безграничната си любов към българския език. 🇧🇬 В светлината на 24-ти май обсъждахме значението на думите „език" и „родина". Специални благодарности към организаторите и ръководители на литературния ни клуб Lina Chalakova и Ivan Tsonkov, които направиха възможно това вдъхновяващо събитие. Благодарности и към издателска къща Ciela Books че предоставиха възможността да се докоснем до творчеството на Захари, който направи събирането още по-специално като индивидуално надписа нашите копия на негови книги. 📚 Захари сподели, че когато пише, се опитва да чуе гласовете на своите герои, което прави работата му истински жива. Успехът на творчеството му е международен - книгите на Захари Карабашлиев са превеждани и публикувани в Съединените щати, Франция, Германия, Полша, Турция, Словакия, Хърватия и Сърбия. Неговата белетристика е включена в престижната американска антология "Най-добрата европейска проза 2018", а пиесите му са поставяни на сцени в България и чужбина. В месеца на славянската писменост и култура трима наши колеги - читатели и активни участници в нашия литературен клуб: Rossina Mircheva, Мариян Георгиев, Svetlana Winkelmann споделиха своя личен разказ за литературното четене, както и някои от творбите, които ги вдъхновяват. 📖 Svetlana разкри удовлетворението, което изпитва от четенето и изучаването на култура, както от чуждестранни, така и от български автори, въпреки че българският не е неин майчин език. Сред прочетените от нея български литературни творби са "Време разделно" и сега "Рана", за чийто автор - Захари Карабашлиев, ще откриете информация по-долу. Светлана ни сподели: „Любимата ми книга е “Герой на нашето време" от Михаил Лермонтов. Тази книга ме вдъхновява със способността си да преплита традиции, култура и природата на Кавказ с драматичната съдба на героя.
