Happy to be part of this event thanks to Vesselin Dimitrov and the chance our co-founder Xavier Marcenac to share Nasekomo's experience in exploring the innovations in insect industry for boosting the sustainability in agriculture thanks to Hristo Petrov 🌿 Thubms up to the whole Forbes Bulgaria team! 🚀

As a long-standing and active member of IPIFF (International Platform of Insects for Food and Feed), Nasekomo has traditionally participated in the organization’s annual conference. This year’s IPIFF 2024 Annual Congress, titled “#Science #Meets #Agriculture,” will focus on the insect sector’s contributions to sustainable agriculture and regional value chains across Europe. 🐛 This particular theme resonates strongly with our experience, especially following the successful completion of our project under Measure 16 "Cooperation" from the Rural Development Programme of the #European #Agricultural #Fund. In collaboration with selected #Bulgarian farms, we explored the impact of insect protein products on the growth quality and health of laying hens. 🐔 🐣 Our research also examined the nutritional content and health of eggs produced under diets incorporating insect protein. The results are highly encouraging, demonstrating the significant benefits of integrating insect protein into the diets of farmed birds.🥚 📌 Taking place tomorrow, November 21, 2024, in Brussels, the IPIFF Congress will once again serve as a key platform for stakeholders—including industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers—to discuss the role of innovative and alternative proteins in advancing sustainable food systems and fostering rural development. 👋 Our key representatives - Nasekomo's co-founder Marc Bolard and our Sales Manager Dobromir A. are looking forward to an engaging and impactful event!

#THRIVE #Global #Impact #Summit in Santa Clara, California, was a dynamic capstone to the THRIVE Immersion Program, where over the past few months, Nasekomo, presented by our co-founder Xavier Marcenac joined the EIT Food cohort of groundbreaking European scale-ups.
