Now we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer, you will be a part of our Global Delivery team.
Job Overview:
Services Delivery CTO should have a deep understanding of the technology used in day-to-day activities by Services Delivery teams to make informed decisions about how to best implement new technologies or improve existing ones. This person should work with the VP Global Delivery, Practice leads, SDMs and other executive officers to develop the company’s overall strategy in the area of responsibility and then translates that strategy into a technology roadmap. The CTO is also responsible for managing the related technology budget and ensuring that the company’s technology infrastructure can support the business strategy.
Your Impact on the Mission:
Supervise Service Delivery systems infrastructure to ensure functionality, stability and operational efficiency
Ensure proper planning, design, implementation, maintenance and development of Service Delivery systems infrastructure, including quality assurance and data protection processes
Reviewing existing technology systems to determine areas for improvement, use stakeholders’ feedback to introduce necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that new products meet customer needs
Evaluate new technologies and determining when they should be incorporated into the company’s products or services
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other 3-rd party companies engaged in Services Delivery systems infrastructure maintenance & support.
Manage the team of support administrators, developers and engineers, including hiring new employees as needed
Monitor team KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance, help departments use technology profitably
Provide leadership in the development of new technology applications and/or related processes in collaboration with process management teams
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy in Services Delivery to ensure alignment with its business goals. Developing a comprehensive long-term technology plan, including any required training for employees
Participate in Transformation Projects as SME in new technologies and Service Delivery systems infrastructure
Play a key role in ensuring that their company’s systems are secure by implementing proper security measures and training employees on how to protect from cyberattacks
Participate in developing of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy with members of the Information Security & Compliance team
What You’ll Bring to The Table – About You:
5+ years of proven experience as a CTO/CPO or similar leadership role
Confident knowledge and on-hand experience with products in the service delivery area (ITSM tools, monitoring tools, project management information systems, cloud management platforms etc.)
Understanding how to build and manage multi-layered integrated IT environments
Knowledge and experience with product management framework, architecting principles and business analysis
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a global cross-cultural matrix organization
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
