Job Overview:

Leads the process of designing IT solutions according to best practices that can fulfill business and technological needs. Sets the framework for how and where (which domain/system) the functionalities are implemented and the data is stored. Ensures proper implementation of Technology Strategy and Service architecture, according to the strategic goals of the Telecom Company.


Your responsibilities would be:

  • Responsible for the creation of solution architecture plans and support delivery plans and transformation processes.
  • Leads the design and development of the IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Establish and take a leading role in IT Architectural Forum / Committee. Support fulfillment of end-to-end business goals collaborate and align with other architects, subject matter experts and management in different governing bodies of the company.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, and Information Security requirements and supports auditing processes.
  • Develop and maintain proper technical documentation.
  • Incorporates in the process academic knowledge and best practices.
  • Carry out all other tasks, assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employees qualifications and responsibilities.


We expect from you:

  • Solution Architecture Mastery: Proven expertise in creating solution architecture plans, supporting delivery processes, and leading design and development of IT solutions.
  • Full-Stack Development Proficiency: Strong experience in both Front-End and Back-End development, ensuring robust and scalable technical solutions.
  • Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience and deep understanding of multiple domains such as Web, App, CRM platforms, and Billing.
  • Cloud Competency: Familiarity with Hybrid, Private, and Public cloud solutions, with a preference for hands-on experience in these areas.
  • Telecom and IT Insight: A background in Telco or IT is considered a valuable asset for understanding and aligning with industry-specific requirements.
  • Strategic Visionary: Ability to maintain a big-picture mindset, aligning architectural initiatives with organizational strategies and long-term goals.
  • Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership and team management skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and governance structures.
  • Project Management Expertise: Advanced skills in planning, organizing, and delivering complex projects with a focus on quality and timelines.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Proficiency in negotiation and exceptional communication abilities in both English and Bulgarian, fostering alignment and collaboration.
  • Organizational and Analytical Prowess: Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational, planning, and analytical thinking capabilities, suitable for engaging with executive-level decision-makers
