WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design, PoC, and implement AI training and inferencing solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and efficiency
Develop and optimize machine learning platforms and pipelines using tools like Kubeflow, MLFlow, or similar MLOps frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address computational needs, delivering tailored machine-learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives
Lead efforts to build and deploy end-to-end MLOps solutions, automating processes for model training, deployment, and monitoring
Ensure performance tuning and optimization of machine learning infrastructure to meet business needs
Create high-level and low-level design documents, prepare scopes of work and participate in the review of technical proposals
Stay current with the latest trends in machine learning, MLOps, and AI technologies, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning, MLOps, or similar fields
Proven expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining AI/ML platforms, with hands-on experience using frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing principles
Proficiency in Linux systems administration and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience with data pipeline tools, workflow orchestration, and automation frameworks
Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash) to automate and manage ML workflows
Familiarity with model monitoring, observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and system performance tuning
Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in machine-learning environments
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams
