PHP Architect (Remote) (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced PHP Architect to join our dynamic and growing team, working remotely to drive the development of innovative solutions.

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of scalable PHP-based applications, with a focus on Laravel.
• Product Lifecycle Oversight: Guide and manage the complete technology lifecycle, from initial concept to product delivery and support, ensuring best practices in system design, scalability, and security.
• Data Engineering: Architect and manage data-driven systems, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of complex datasets.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical direction, ensuring code quality, and providing leadership in day-to-day activities.
• Full-Cycle Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end product development, taking ownership of projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across different teams to ensure seamless alignment of technology with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for continuous process and systems improvement, staying up to date with the latest technology trends and tools.
  
  
  

The tools in your backpack:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in an architect role, focusing on PHP.
• Strong experience with Laravel framework.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering and managing data-intensive systems.
• Proven experience in team management
• Demonstrated expertise in leading full technological cycles of complex products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  
  
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing distributed teams.
