We are a forward-thinking business management platform expanding our operations to Bulgaria. We specialize in helping entrepreneurs and businesses incorporate, manage, and grow their companies efficiently, leveraging cutting-edge technology and expert guidance.


As part of this exciting expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic Bulgaria Operations Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our customers with company incorporation, accounting, and banking needs in Bulgaria.


Responsibilities:


Company Incorporation:


  • Guided and assisted customers by incorporating their companies into Bulgaria.
  • Set up and manage the creation of escrow bank accounts for share capital deposits as part of the incorporation process.
  • Liaise with Bulgarian governmental offices, notaries, and other entities required for successful incorporation.


Accounting & Financial Management:


  • Perform accounting tasks for Bulgarian-registered companies, ensuring compliance with local tax and accounting regulations.
  • Prepare and file financial statements, VAT returns, and other mandatory reports on behalf of our customers.
  • Stay updated on Bulgarian accounting standards and legal requirements to provide proactive advice and guidance.


Banking Coordination:


  • Help customers open and manage business bank accounts in Bulgaria.
  • Facilitate the setup of payment solutions and banking services tailored to customer needs.


Customer Support & Operations:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers operating in Bulgaria, addressing inquiries related to incorporation, accounting, and banking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and tools to streamline operations in Bulgaria.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Education & Experience:
  • Public Accountant certification or relevant background in accounting.
  • Proven experience in company incorporation processes in Bulgaria.
  • Skills & Traits:
  • Dynamic person.
  • Tech-oriented with the ability to work efficiently with digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication with international clients.
  • Proactive, curious, and positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of Bulgarian banking systems, including escrow accounts for share capital deposits.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Location Requirement:
  • Must reside in Bulgaria and have a strong understanding of the local business landscape.
