Interested in increasing the level of automation in your laboratory environment? Automated systems might be complex, but using them doesn’t have to be. Ahead of the release of our all-new i20 analyser, we used the System Usability Scale to carry out a summative study involving 19 participants who had no prior experience with IDS instruments. The results were extremely positive, with 17/19 participants scoring the IDS i20 at 80/100 or above in terms of system usability.
