Mormaii was founded 42 years ago by Marco Aurelio Raymundo – aka Morongo – the guiding light, pater-familias and mentor of surfing and surfers in Brazil - and his former wife Maira Schroeter. Mormaii quickly became the source for custom wetsuits (originally hand sewn by Morongo himself and his former wife Maira) and grew into the largest surf apparel and lifestyle brand in South America.
