  • During rainy season it becomes clear the effectiveness of our ecological program of “pro active regeneration of waste piles” Below the before and after of one of the waste piles of our Phase 1 mine. 12 months after the polimerization and planting vegetation seeds applying advanced regeneration techniques … we managed to turn waste piles into “green hills” ….blended into the landscape of Vale do Jequitinhonha

  • Closing a vibrant week of dialogues and discussions at the UNCCC (COP29) in Baku, Sigma Lithium Corp. (Nasdaq:SGML) was honored to deliver a keynote presentation at the World Climate Summit (COP Investments) presenting our Net Zero Carbon neutral lithium, demonstrating how the Quintuple Zero Green Lithium delivered on the “conundrum of critical minerals”: large scale, low costs and sustainability. ✅Net Zero ✅ Zero use of Drinking water ✅ Zero use of toxic chemicals ✅ Zero Tailing dams ✅ Zero dirty electricity And ✅ zero accidents with lost time ✅ zero fatalities. Zero is a number and math “doesn’t have and opinion” At COP29 our team discussed how the race to lower the costs of the EV battery poses a significant challenge to our industry: cannot happen at the expense of upholding basic production practices in a “race to zero standards” in mining and processing of critical materials. Forsaking basic sustainability threatens the credibility of our entire lithium industry: our end users expect their EVs to be made with materials that honor the same ethos of the car.

  • Sigma was honored with the opportunity in Saudi Arabia at FII Institute To highlight how far Brazil has come Becoming a legally safe, neutral, and globally friendly jurisdiction, welcoming much needed foreign direct investment of all origins….. to help lift our people At Sigma Lithium Corp. (Nasdaq:SGML) We are EXECUTING at Vale do Jequitinhonha a just and inclusive industrialization of lithium, while including THOUSANDS of people in the economy. As we execute like a bullet train on our journey to build one of the world most competitive producing lithium regions in Brazil, we are often misunderstood, criticized, mocked, and even target of “friendly fire at home”….. But we carry on, because we believe it is harder to be neutral than to be partisan…. But the rewards are FAR greater: shared prosperity, harmony and peace. Thus, we are taking the hard road just like Brazil: we are friendly and neutral. No matter how many stones get thrown at us along the way … Because we believe humanity Ought to find common ground in what “unites us”…. to reduce inequality and fight climate change. FAR more practically important for our planet and our people ….. than ideologies that could divide us. Together we are stronger….. And we are running out of time ⌛️
