SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT and Application Services Manager. This tactical position involves overseeing the day-to-day aspects of our business facing cloud applications and technology services management, fostering effective relationships with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) ensuring world-class customer service for our employees.
The IT and Application Services Services Manager will be instrumental in optimizing the management of our cloud-based applications, providing oversight on the management of employee laptops and equipment, and maintaining seamless collaboration with our MSPs. You will identify opportunities to improve and maintain operational excellence to support and enable our global employees.

How this role makes an impact:
Ensure successful management of IT projects as assigned, ensuring best practice in data security, maintenance, and end-user support.
Manage and track application license management and back up's ensuring cost effective and timely provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
Act as the lead liaison, monitoring and managing the performance of our MSPs ensuring that they meet our organization's expectations for service delivery and optimal end user experience.
Review and monitor Slack channel support requests looking for opportunities to improve process.
We are looking for an individual with strong technical acumen, agile project management know-how, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality technology solutions and support.
What this role will need to be successful:
Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely from Brazil supporting US time zones, including Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern.
Must Have Skills:
Enterprise-level IT lead support experience with a remote-user experience focus
Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness
Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand, respond to and solve business technology issues
Experience and comfort interacting with global users
Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with understanding of situational IT best practices
Excellent presentation skills – from small to large audiences
Ability to lead, manage or influence both internal SOCi resources as well as our MSP resources to achieve successful outcomes
Collaborate with our MSPs to identify opportunities for technology enhancements that improve overall IT service delivery
Manage our MSP who provisions and deprovisions users ensuring a full circle process
Regularly review, test and update support procedures to mitigate risks and enhance data/system resilience, use process gaps to drive improvement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or Equivalent experience
Minimum three (3) years of supervisory-level systems support, or closely related experience required
Experience in SaaS and enterprise software including integrations – OneLogin, Salesforce, NetSuite, Spanning, Google Workspace, O365
