QAT Global, an IT consulting firm based in the USA for over 25 years, is seeking a qualified Technical Recruiter with the ability to communicate well in English.
This position will work on-site at our Brazil location, located in Uberaba-MG.

QAT Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter who is passionate about connecting talent to IT opportunities that make a difference! As part of our Human Resources team, you will play a strategic role in identifying, attracting and engaging the best talent in the technology market, ensuring that our teams continue to grow with excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Identifying and attracting tech talent using different strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, boolean search, among others).
Conducting the selection process from start to finish: from advertising vacancies to the final offer.
Carrying out technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring that the match between candidate and company is identified.
Maintaining close contact with technology leaders and managers to understand hiring needs and challenges.
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future opportunities.
Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes and present results.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience, regardless of the final outcome of the process.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Tech Recruiter or in similar positions.
Basic knowledge of technology languages and tools (such as Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, .Net, agile methodologies, etc.).
Mastery of sourcing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
Advanced English is Required (our projects are international and our recruiters are in Brazil, Costa Rica and the USA).
Differentials:
Experience with recruitment in English.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics for decision-making.
Knowledge of technology market trends.
