The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

I chatted with the son pf the owner on Wechat which is the best way to communicate in English. The staff is very kind, helpful, service-minded. The carpool service from the Shangrao railway station to the hotel costs 35 yuan per person. The driver is so nice as well. All took care of us like we are in their family. So much appreciated. There is a pickup and send service between the hotel and the village. About 10 minutes for a ride. The front of the hotel looks like so so. But the decoration of the room is amazing. Gonna give high recommendation to anyone who are planning to visit this ancient village. The great month to travel is July to September. I went there in early June. It was raining so there was no special show inside the village and the beautiful scenery is covered by the fog and clouds.

Recommend to stay a night in the village. It is comfortable to explore the village til night and continue in the morning with our rush and crowded. Hotel facilities are good. Breakfast is good too.

The place and room is very clean and new. Owner is so warmly. Also has free ride from hotel to Wangxiangu and from Wangxiangu to hotel. Would recommend anyone who want to travel here. Plus breakfast is delicious!

Service: I took a three-day special forces trip before the New Year! It was already late when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady Jingya was very enthusiastic! When we were received, she explained the scenic route and performance time. When we chatted, she knew that we left early and gave us a small gift~ The emotional value was full. Later, a little brother called to tell us that we could arrange a car to pick us up for breakfast in the morning. The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

It was my first time staying at Nanchang Sheraton. It was a very good hotel. The service staff were polite and greeted the guests. All my requests for changing rooms and delivering water were met. In particular, the front desk staff had a high level of professionalism. The buffet restaurant on the 28th floor was even more commendable. It was very pleasant to enjoy the food and the view at night.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and it’s a short (20-Minute) walk from the stunning Yuyaochang Imperial Kiln museum. Several bars and cafes are nearby, but there’s almost nothing that opens before 10:00am — and since the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, if you want a morning coffee, you’re out of luck. Still, the neighborhood has a shabby charm and is far better than the grim downtown. Also, the staff was very friendly and let us have a late checkout.

The room is located near the map of China, in the center of the scenic area. I am very satisfied with it. I strongly recommend staying on the mountain. If you drive your car, there is an independent parking area for the hotel at the foot of the mountain, just in front of the check-in, which is very convenient. The cable car takes 8 minutes to get to the VIP channel for hotel guests, and there is no need to queue up. There is a special person to help with the luggage. It is a thoughtful point-to-point service, and the housekeeper information is also very thoughtful. The key is to live on the mountain, walk around the scenic area at night, and take pictures in the morning to perfectly avoid the peak of tourists. Half a day of play is not enough, and there are scenery everywhere. Huangling is really beautiful!

The best hotel i’ve ever been 😻 clean, affordable and new , even better than other hotel that we stay in China with triple price. the owner is very kind and attentive, the best hospitality ever , they provide a pick up and drop off at wangxian valley for free. Also offer a pick up at station or airport with affordable price I want to buy bottle of water at night, (of course they already give us 2) . Buy they just give us 3 more for free 😭🙏🏻 and i also get late check out. They also provide a huge proyektor for watching movies

This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well.

The hotel upgrades to a river view room for free, and the river view in autumn is beautiful! The room is clean and tidy. Although the facilities are a bit old-fashioned, the sound insulation effect of the room is good. All hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Guest Relations Manager Penny Xiaopan carefully noted the requests made before check-in, and the requirements were fully met during check-in. The Nanchang snacks provided for breakfast in the hotel, such as sugar cakes, mixed noodles and clay pot soup, were so delicious that I ate them for two days in a row. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Nanchang, I will choose this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location and the best thing is the staff is so nice... the girl at the reception when I first came (I can't remember her name)... they were all so friendly and welcoming. I felt like It's like being at home. They always smile and always ask me if I need anything. I originally planned to stay here for one night but due to their hospitality I extended my stay for another day. Even the people cleaning the room were very polite and Friendly... The room is large and air-conditioned. The location is also very good. There are tour routes in the lobby.

The room we booked is very suitable for our family of two, with two 1.5 beds in two rooms that do not affect each other. This time, the child was not used to the rainy weather in Jiujiang. He had a fever, diarrhea and vomiting after playing for an afternoon. In order to let the child take a lunch break so that he could catch the evening train, we applied to the hotel for a late check-out. After asking the front desk, they agreed very happily, which was just right for the child to have a good rest. You can't go anywhere when it rains, but there is a gym on the fifth floor with good conditions for you to visit.
