We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

The room was very satisfying and comfortable. The afternoon tea was different every day. It was a good deal to get afternoon tea at this price. I also went to the gym. The fitness trainer was very enthusiastic. Although there were many students, the trainer was still very enthusiastic and gave professional guidance. There were too many advantages. The environment, hygiene, and service were all good. I decided to stay there. Come and stay at his house. Absolutely nothing to complain about,.almost perfect place to stay in . Cleaniness is no.1 , location is at the door step where most tourist wanted to go especially at night . Newly renovated with high technology taps and shower so please asked how to operate the very new technology system otherwise will be thinking there is no hot water. Confirm you will have a good stay.

The gym, though small, was nicely equipped with essential instruments, perfect for a quick workout session. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream offered in the hotel lobby—a sweet treat that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was nice as well blending a diversified Chinese style with Western elements, catering to a variety of tastes. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The hotel demonstrated excellent value for money, making us feel valued and well-cared for. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

Very nice hotel, close to most famous attractions in a walking distance. Staff were amazing, they helped my wife ordering food using their own devices when she seemed in trouble using hers, the helped us with taxis, and everything else we needed, they really were outstanding! If I go back to Luoyang I definitely be there again. The only feedback I'd like to give is that while the room seemed cleaned enough, they need to be a little bit more attentious to detail. Behind the sink in the corners were very dusty. But that was just a small detail.

The air conditioning is quite good. Free pick-up and drop-off within 10 kilometers around the hotel (including the airport): I didn't notice when I went there, but there is also airport pick-up. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌
