Very comfortable beds and spacious incredibly clean room with a fantastic seaview.. The infinity pool area is pretty. The rooftop lounge bar has spectacular views. The barman, from Cameroon I believe, provided great customer service. The entertainment staff are lots of fun. Foam, DJ, aqua aerobics Sofia at the snorkeling dive center was very helpful and lovely. As was Sam.the boatman. The spa is great. The massage was very relaxing. Kareem at the spa reception is very helpful, pleasant and provides great customer service. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Latifa took care of us and was very pleasant, as was Nishan; the rest were very pleasant too.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is good, there are three swimming pools, and an independent beach, but the beach is a black mud beach, not a golden beach. The bad thing is, I have already checked in, and I still have to come in for cleaning. It is said to be second clean. It was my first experience with Le Meridian and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. From the check in to check out every thing was excellent. Positive aspects are biggest room size I have ever seen, large variety of dishes at the breakfast, beautiful landscaping and exceptional services. Duty manager Sreekant was very courteous and provided immediate support when we had small issue in our room. The personal touch by each individual is commendable. Being traveling for the past 30 years and have travelled to 5 continents, this experience was amazing. Chef Murshid Ali and the rest of the team servicing including Amresh, Puspa, Tittus and Joey were amazing. Thank you everyone for the wonderful time. One thing which hotel need to pay attention are the carpets in the rooms which might need deep cleaning or replacement.
