We stayed here for my daughters graduation, it was an excellent Choice due to the central location. The buffet breakfast was more than enough to start the day, we didn’t need to upgrade to the full English even though it looked good.

Great hotel 👍 Antique, it really matches the style of Chester, a city under cultural heritage protection that dates back to the ancient Roman era! The room and bathroom are quite large, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and bar on the ground floor can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is very convenient. The steaks are grilled well👍Speaking of convenience, it is right opposite the train station😄👍You don’t have to cross the road, you can get there in just one minute through the parking lot, which is great! Our stay was actually a one-day stay. We returned from Liverpool in the afternoon and transferred in Chester. Who would have thought that the subsequent train was canceled because the water washed out the train embankment! So I quickly looked for a hotel on Ctrip. It looked close, so I thought it would only be one night and then leave. Unexpectedly, I found a treasure 😂 I also like Ctrip’s service 👍 Booking a hotel temporarily was so fast 👍 Thanks to Tianliuke, we also discovered the treasure city of Chester, and the hotel has thoughtful luggage storage services, so we We had fun in Chester until three o'clock in the afternoon. We had a nice meal and a drink in a small Italian restaurant. We then returned to the hotel, picked up our luggage, and then entered the train station and headed home. The whole trip was an episode, but everything went smoothly, so I plan to come to Chester for vacation in the summer and stay at the Queen Hotel! You should take a stroll in its beautiful garden😄Oh, friends who like history should be very interested in the decoration and layout of the hotel! Recommended!

Having stayed at this Premier Inn before, we enjoyed our stay enough to come back (6 years later). We decided to try the Premier Plus rooms out this time and we have mixed thoughts on whether they’re worth the extra £30 p/n. The room size is about the same, but the bed was a standard double compared to the king we’d had in our standard room years earlier. Still comfortable, but not big enough. The rainfall shower was spectacular, and the branded body wash was really lovely. The mini fridge was also pretty useful. Maybe this is standard in all rooms now, but there is no phone, which meant I had to go downstairs to request a second towel they’d forgotten, and (unfortunately) toilet roll. Be warned that the wall to the bathroom is very thin; couples beware. The reception is no longer manned constantly, meaning you need to ring a bell and wait. You also need to wait to be seated at breakfast. There was a fair amount of waiting around to be seen to. Breakfast is mid. There is a 50% chance you won’t get your toast. There were many abandoned toast slices at the back of the toaster. The free Wi-FI is terrible, which the hotel says is a ‘perk’. Upon googling, as part of premier plus, the premium WI FI is supposed to be included, but we were not informed of this. The service is pretty sparse and impersonal, I would be surprised if there were more than 3 customer facing staff at any one point.
