A very nice location and the room was very clean and tidy, btw the staffs were very helpful and very kind to assist for everything.

Cool hotel in a great location, decor is a little tired and the restaurant looked closed not sure if it is due to being a quiet time. Staff couldn’t speak English but it wasn’t an issue, pool was lovely and cool with a great view. Bedroom was clean and comfortable.

The overall experience was good and I extreme impressed by the staff called Xiao Ru. She has been welcoming us with warmth and care from the first day we arrived Travelling with kids was always challenging but Xiao Ru has provided excellent service and patience for our queries. She has been kind enough to follow up if we need any further assistance on a daily basis. We had an early travel plan and she ensured her colleagues in another shift sending fruit to us every day after her shift. Additionally, she assisted the laundry pick up from our room and ready before our return to the room. Since we were on a night flight, a complimentary late check out was really helpful to ease out hassle. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options and the location was superb too. We'll definitely consider Mercure for our next visit!

Great location around CBD. Great service and hospitality. Xiao Sun is very helpful to inform which hotpot you can enjoy (hotpot is very popular in ChongQing and there’s hotpot stall everywhere you go), and what to do to avoid scams. She also recommend a good travel agent if you need to buy a local day tour such as Dazu Rock tour and ChongQing 1949 ticket. Super convenient. Thank you for having us

We had a wonderful 3D/2N stay at the Roosevelt Service Apartment in Chongqing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Yang, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Yang’s hospitality was truly exceptional and set the tone for our stay. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The interiors were modern yet cozy, and the attention to detail in the design made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Chongqing, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. Despite its central location, the apartment offered a quiet and peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Overall, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Roosevelt Service Apartment to anyone visiting Chongqing and extend our gratitude to Yang for making our experience even more special!

We spent the night there for my birthday! It was as beautiful as the pictures , marvelous experience. Good quality speakers and projector for movie night. Everything was so conducive. The service was the best! Staff were very attentive and responsive for our needs. One of the staff 静静was liaising with me directly, she was excellent in ensuring that we got what we needed; and even planned a surprise for my birthday 🙈 she was highly responsive and helped us put our mind at ease and have a comfortable and fruitful stay here :) Overall very very impressed with this place and would highly recommend to experience this at least once! For the price, will definitely would like to return back to this place.

Spacious room generally clean with all amenities provided. Location of the hotel was superb as it’s at the center of where all the famous must see places are (generally all walkable with 20mins) However the room was advertised as river view which was you could see it but there are definitely buildings blocking the view. Secondly housekeeping wasn’t the cleanest, I found they sometimes just refold used towels instead of replacing them.

The hotel is next to Jiefangbei, and not far from the subway station and Hongyadong, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very rich. Since the parking lot is difficult to find, the front desk receptionist with work number 15 took the initiative to call and send the location, which was very accurate. He also turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance, which was very warm.

The hotel is not perfect but it's good enough for the price you pay for this hotel. Pros : - size of the room is big and comfortable, even with a big luggage open up on the floor. - comfortable and big king size bed. - clean - basic amenities provided : toothbrush, comb, shaver, soap & shampoo. - location is great. Lotsa eateries and shopping around. It's near train station. - calling front desk from phone does not work. But the reception did ask to add wechat when check in. They were very responsive if you requested things from them there. - free tea & water bottle in lobby. - washing machine with a dryer at the lobby floor is useful, though the laundry area could be cleaner. - I think they upgraded my room with a bathtub, which I appreciate, even though they did not mention it to me during check in. Cons : - room is not soundproof. You can clearly hear the sound from next room & outside (vehicle honk and stret vendor sound). It can be until very late at night (12am) and starts as early as 7am. I've read review about this so I prepared ear plug as I'm sensitive to sound. The Sound is acceptable with earplug on. So I suggest hotel to provide earplug in room for guest in future. - room have no smell but you can smell cigarettes smell near the entrance door or in toilet as people smoke in lobby or room. - long wait for lift during peak hours but it's still acceptable as it won't be more than 5 mins.

When I came to Chongqing for a tour, I chose the Hilton Guanyinqiao Hotel. The experience was great! The location is near Guanyinqiao. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Guanyinqiao Business District, and about 15 minutes to take a taxi to Liziba, Hongyadong, and Nanshan. It is very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, comfortable beds, and good quality slippers and toothbrushes. The brand hotel is trustworthy! Zoey at the front desk was enthusiastic and attentive, and the check-in was fast. She informed me of the location of the hotel's laundry room and gym. Water and tea can be replenished for free after drinking, and the hotel breakfast is also very rich. I will come again next time if I have a chance
