I stay at Hamptoms often as they are reliable in terms of service, room and breakfast standards. This one did not disappoint me! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my back while staying and they even drove me to the hospital ! The location is very convenient for business travel and there is a supermarket right next door and lots of dining and Cafe options around. Would stay here again if I come to Jinan again. Very clean and new!

What needs to be improved is the color of the living room light *****, which is too colorful and too rustic, and it is not easy to find the button to turn it off. The breakfast is really bad... The food residue on the table mat is visible to the naked eye, and you are forced to sit down because there is no place to eat if you don't sit down.
