The room was clean, the bathtub didn't look very clean, but it didn't matter much because I would have taken a bath when I took the hot spring bath. The room keeper put my personal bedding on the suitcase, disregarding hygiene. There is a free open-air hot spring, which is very comfortable and has a good style, but the supervision is insufficient. There is a boy who looks like 8 years old making noise in the women's bath, and there are people using mobile phones in the hair-blowing area, but there is no staff to supervise the scene. The hotel is located on an artificial island. Fortunately, there is a monorail that takes you directly to the hotel, but you need to reserve time to take it. It is far away from various attractions. The hotel provides free parking for guests. The hotel has a Family Mart and restaurants nearby.

The room was clean with plenty of amenities. Yet, the facility itself was quite old made some strange noises all night and day. I could hear the sound from upstairs and beside that made me uncomfortable.

The Japanese-style room is very clean and tidy, and the view is also good. It is very pleasant to enjoy the mountain view while enjoying the breeze. The private hot spring is also great. I experienced rooms 1, 3 and 4, and I like room 3 the most. There are service staff who can speak Chinese, so there is no language barrier. There is also a special car to pick you up, so you don’t have to climb the mountain by yourself. Dinner and breakfast were booked at the hotel. Dinner was kaiseki cuisine, which was very special and filling. Breakfast was delivered to the room. It was a Japanese breakfast, which was quite suitable for the taste of people from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. I guess children don’t like it. The Arima Onsen town is very peaceful overall, suitable for emptying yourself and being a **.

An exceptional stay! The front desk service exceeded expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. The staff were consistently friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The onsen was spotless and relaxing, and the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Absolutely recommend this hotel! For the price and facilities, it was a great deal. Very spacious and clean rooms with very clean onsens that are available to both public and private. The public onsen was much bigger and looked nicer than the private one. Great for couples and / or families with kid older than 7 year olds. Would recommend families and friends to join. They do have a shuttle bus to & from the hotel to Sannomiya station.

The hotel has a shuttle bus connecting the hotel and Arima Hankyu Bus Station, which is very convenient. The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view and a private bath. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious. 

I have been to Arima Onsen five times and have experienced several well-known local hotels. Among these hotels, the service of this hotel is the most commendable. Every service staff pays special attention to details. Not only can they remember your room number, but also small details such as dining habits and dominant hands. They can even pay attention to vehicle pick-up and drop-off services within the hot spring town. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is only about 25 meters away from the bus stop, and the travel time can be accurately controlled. However, please note that you need to buy tickets more than one day in advance to take the bus. The only drawback is that this hotel is a bit old. In order to preserve the original cultural heritage, many facilities cannot be expanded and optimized. For example, the hot spring area is small and the internal staircase layout is also complicated. In addition, it is not recommended to choose the most basic room type, because this type of room is not equipped with bathing and shower facilities. In the morning, you need to go to the hot spring area in the hotel to take a bath, which is a bit inconvenient.

It is a large hot spring resort hotel in Arima, so all aspects of the facilities and services are quite complete: 1. Location and transportation: It is a 10-minute walk from Arima Onsen Station. From Kansai International Airport, take a bus for 1 hour and 5 minutes to Kobe Sannomiya Bus Terminal, and then take a 30-minute bus to Arima Onsen. Then take a 2-minute shuttle or walk for 6 minutes to the hotel; you can also take a bus from Hankyu Express Bus Osaka Umeda Station and Kyoto Station, or transfer to the subway or tram in Kobe City. 2. Facilities and services: There are hot spring baths on the upper floors and underground, and the baths are large and spacious. There is also a large garden and swimming pool, which are beautiful to take pictures of day and night. The package I ordered includes breakfast and dinner, and the room minibar is free. There are all kinds of beer and drinks that I can't drink. In addition, there are drink coupons for coffee, juice and wine in the bar. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with both Japanese and Western styles, and many freshly made specialties; the dinner dishes include Kaiseki cuisine including Kobe beef, and the dining environment and food products are worth the price. 4. Various room types: The room I booked can accommodate 4 people, with two beds and 4 tatami mats on the floor. This type of room is not easy to find. The room is spacious, with a long sofa facing the view. 5. Customer service: The hotel front desk will deliver the luggage to the room, introduce all the facilities, dining and hot spring methods, and how to wear a yukata, which is very complete. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the hot spring street, which runs every 20 minutes, and it is only 500 meters away on foot.

I stayed here to run in the Kobe Marathon. It was close to Kobe Port, Motomachi, and Nankinmachi, and a short subway ride to Sannomiya. The location was great. The large public bath was also wonderful. The welcome drink was also great. I'll definitely use this hotel again. The breakfast was good, but I wish they'd opened at 6:45, even just on the day of the Kobe Marathon. I could see the Port Tower from my room.

First experience in an onsen and ryokan in general. An excellent hotel, although it has seen better days. Good quality and varied food, mostly classic Japanese cuisine, but for lovers of European cuisine and for children there will be something to treat themselves to at the buffet. The onsens are wonderful, equipped with everything necessary, as care and hygiene products they offer locally produced products. I recommend it as a first option because of the proximity to Kobe and Osaka, but on weekends the price is very high. Nevertheless, thanks to the staff for their kindness and hospitality:)
