Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

Took my 8months old son and wife for a staycation, what we really here for is the 32F infinity pool. We booked the hotel for 2nights, The weather for these past three days are all above 24degreeC. However, the pool is freezing cold! We thought the hotel like this will use warm water, instead the opposite. 飯店居然沒提供溫水池，居然是冰水！ 中午來，室外接近30度C 水溫一樣太過低！根本沒人在用泳池，大人都無法承受的溫度 何況是小孩。如果是因為泳池想來訂房 建議等夏天再訂吧。夏天以外的時間入住 根本沒機會能用到泳池，超不推薦！還有 因為帶小孩推嬰兒車 電梯也只有一台能上頂樓， 等電梯時間都非常久。 （自己覺得員工都蠻冷漠的 不太會主動和客人打招呼）

As expected of Sheraton, the service and equipments are up to expectations. Elegant room design, friendly staff, who are willing to answer any questions with a smile. Sauna is small, but clean and tidy. One downside is the buffet breakfast provided is upsetting. Food is not hot enough, with very limited choices.

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. Now I can only say that I probably won’t visit again.

Facilities are superb ..maybe we’ll be back again 😉 breakfast also are better than other 🤟🙌🏻 all in services and facilities 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Take the MRT from Taoyuan Airport directly to Taipei Main Station. Walk for 7 or 8 minutes from Taipei Station to the Royal Passenger Transport No. 1717 on the side of the Park Road Public Security Building to Jinshan. Check out at Tianlai Resort Hotel at 11 o'clock. From 11:30 to 11:40, you can wait at the main entrance of the first hotel for the 1717 bus to Taipei. It is very convenient. The hotel is divided into phases 1 and 2. Every waiter is very polite, and the hotel also gives small birthday gifts🎁👍; there may be a typhoon in early November, and some facilities in the hotel need repairs and are not open. There is a restaurant, Starbucks, coffee shop, Small souvenir shop...There are no restaurants or convenience stores outside the hotel (unless you take a car down the mountain) Important hot springs: indoor, open-air, naked hot springs, hydromassage, sauna. You must wear a swimsuit and swimming cap to soak in the hot springs; there is a private hot spring bath on the terrace in the room, which is great, so you can soak at any time; the dinner buffet is TWD 990 per person, although the style is too It’s a lot, but it’s still okay; overall I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back to Yangmingshan

Great stay. Very new. Helpful staff. Free parking. Felt like it was better than Grand Hyatt at a better price point. We ended up liking it so much we stayed there for 2wks! Perfect location too, next to very large mall with lots of food and indoor playground for kid.

It's a good place for walking children. It's very comfortable to hike up the mountain in the morning to absorb phytoncides and soak in the hot springs in the evening. The only thing that needs to be adjusted is the Prince's Western food for dinner. The meat has a fishy smell and is easy to get cloying.
