we booked the hotel for its easy access to the airport. takes exactly 15 mins door to door by taxi. they have free shuttle which starts around 6 am and goes very frequently. we needed an earlier departure, so hotel helped to book a taxi. the check in was very slow at 9pm, ladies at the lobby seemed to be quite new to the job, but still very polite. the room was as described and had a balcony. a bit weird to have a transparent door to the toilet. room and bathroom feel new and clean great bed, walk in closet. there was nothing open at 5 am to get a coffee. the hotel is at a very remote area. overall very satisfied, but the hotel could have offered some 24/7 light breakfast options . it could benefit from 24/7 spa as well.

This hotel is very close to the airport, in the evening to check in at the front desk, the front desk PiPi beauty check-in very warm, but also to help upgrade the room type. In addition, there is also a shuttle service from Disney and Pudong Airport. The breakfast is also a buffet breakfast. I will stay here again next time.

Location was the main reason i booked this hotel, it’s 15min away from the airport, very convenient plus they offer shuttle bus. Cleanliness in the room and in hotel in general could be better. I stayed there just for one night so for me it was acceptable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
