TLDR: Had really high expectations when I booked this 5 diamond hotel, however the stay experience fell short from the expectations. The Good: + Was offered room upgrade to sea view room during checked in. + Interior and exterior design of the hotel is really sets a relaxing tone to the entire stay. + It was a nice touch having Bellboys to help us with luggage and open doors whenever we arrive at the hotel lobby + Staffs and cleaners greeted us was also a nice touch + Breakfast options are extensive (including fresh juice bar and daily special juice concoction) + Free hotel activities to do daily + Gym is well maintained and a good number of machines The Bad - (Presales) Didn’t appreciate the fact that the booking page didn’t state the hotel deposit amount (which is slightly more than 1 time the hotel room price) and was only mentioned during check-in. Prior the trip, I tried to ask about whether there’s any hotel deposit via Trip.com message to hotel function and there’s no reply at all. (I mean a 3 diamond star hotel I stayed previous replied… but a 5 diamond star hotel didn’t). - (Not controllable) Sadly, there’s construction going on and can see cranes and construction machinery hindering the view of the sea, as well as the noises. - There’s supposedly a butler assigned to each guest, but my butler only added me on WeChat several hours after checkin. Also, was asking the butler about one of the afternoon hotel was still going on as we reached the venue and there’s no one around. He said he will check and then no reply for 20mins before I messaged him to inform that we won’t be waiting anymore. Didn’t appreciate that there’s no follow up. - The shower control knob will suddenly fall off at certain angle which can be rather dangerous given that it has quite a weight to it. - The bathtub’s shower head keeps leaking when we turned the other tap on to fill the bathtub, and we had to put the shower head into the bathtub to prevent flooding. All in all, it fell short on expectations in terms of the service compared to the service my partner and I had experienced in a 3 diamond star hotel at a fraction of this hotel’s price. Nonetheless, it is really a gorgeous place to stay in. Tastefully decorated and smell really great. Most of the staffs are friendly.

The provided transport from the hotel was convenient, the lobby was welcoming, and its proximity to the airport was a definite plus. The only minor issue was a shower head that needed fixing. Despite this, I found the overall experience positive and would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly and convenient stay near the airport.

The structure of room in the hotel that we’ve got is not appropriate for a tall person 😂 even the location is good, a lot of restaurants and the view is amazing we decided not to stay for another night because of the space of the room, and ventilation.

This is an amazingly cool flat and an awesome (probably billion dollar) luxury building complex, the room we booked was on the d block which is the furthest away so that means from the view from the flat there's nothing else in front. The cheaper room is maybe on the 5th or the 6th floor, which is quite cool, but for a small upgrade fee we were able to get to the 21st floor which was dramatically high and impressive choosing the sunrise side with the view back onto Sanya town or the sunset side with a review away onto the sea. bed was very comfortable bathroom shower and everything is great. little Phoenix Island is a pretty cool way to get the seats on an air experience away from the busy traffic yet quite close from the rest of Sanya town with an excellent little shuttle system that takes to and from the island in a breeze so you don't have to walk it which is maybe just a 10-15 minute walk. then once back off the island there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to be done some of which are open 24 hours and very tasty. downstairs is also a drink vending machine and an ice cream vending machine using app pay. we didn't try all the main activities such as jet skis and helicopters we heard whizzing around the island and which we are sure should be a lot of fun. overall this was an absolutely fantastic choice and excellent value for money thanks so much to the friendly staff!!

Great getaway. Narada is supposedly a reputable local brand with a long history - so trust them to know their thing. Resort facade can be a tad old with moulds at the corners. However, I am okay with that as I do not have direct contact with these surfaces. What's more important is that the towels and bedding are fresh and clean. I also appreciate a dehumidifier machine in my room - helped to remove excess water in the air. One downside though - the resort, being nestled in a rainforest, is full of mosquitos. So take note to pack lots of insect repellent - I was bitten incessantly, even while using the hotspring :(

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete and the decoration is also very new. Hygiene: The sanitary environment is good, there are no dead corners. Service: 24-hour pick-up and drop-off at Meilan Airport/Meilan Station, the front desk attitude is super good, there are dedicated people to connect the itinerary, arrange the travel time, and arrange airport pick-up and drop-off. Transportation: The Lingshan Middle School bus stop is right at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient to go to the city. The 2-yuan bus can reach Qilou Old Street and Wanlv Park in 40 minutes.

We took a room with 3 bedrooms. The children wanted to sleep separately. One bedroom with a huge bed and an exit to the balcony, the 2nd bedroom with a huge bed and an exit to a private bathroom with a toilet. The 3rd bedroom was not included, since there is no window, the bed without a mattress. You need to keep this in mind, as someone will not be so comfortable. The child was placed on the sofa in the living room with a private exit to the balcony. In the end, everyone was happy. Amenities: 2 toilets, one of them has a shower. The water pressure is super! In the photo you can see that one of the toilets does not have a toilet, a hole in the floor. If this is important to someone, take into account. Kitchen: there are dishes, but no spoons and forks, bring with you or buy on site. There is a gas stove (for an additional fee, about 2000 rubles for 2 weeks) But we did not take it, the multicooker was enough for my husband for morning porridge. The multicooker is super. We had a very pleasant 3 nights stayed at V8plus Huanzhi Hotel Haikou Qilou Laojie Branch. We have received excellent supports and services from your staff, from the reception, housekeeping and breakfast services. They were polite and very helpful. A sufficient good breakfast spread. We thank you for the free cold packed drinks given to us when we return to the hotel after a hot day out. At night after 10pm, super the green beans soup and free used of washer and dryer for laundry. This is one of the best modern hotel with excellent service we've ever stayed so far. We would like to specially commend one of your staff Mr Li from the reception service, who has so kindly help us without hesitation to book 2 car transfer to the MeiLan International Airport using his personal mobile app a day before our departure. On our day of departure 20th April from 7.45am (even though he official starts work at 9am), Mr Li went extra miles communicated with us and the drivers through WeChat to ensure our smooth pick up at the hotel to the airport. The modern smart facilities in the room is good but it would be more helpful and effective if there are English languages translation in an app or on written leaflet to services foreigner and or english speaking senior citizen travellers above age 60 like us. We would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers visiting HaiKou, best location, modern facilities, well kept and staff services are excellent.

The owner of the B&B is very kind and tries his best to meet our requests. The environment is not bad. It is like a natural oxygen bar. It is very quiet. There is also a swimming pool, a small pond and a mango picking garden in the B&B, but it is not in season right now. We went swimming and they prepared swimming rings for us. Before we left, they packed breakfast for us to eat on the way. The rooms were all taken with my original camera and the hygiene was very good.
