Con: 1. The room smelted smoke when I opened the door as I wasn’t aware that guests are allowed to smoke in the room so I didn’t request a non-smoking room. 2. The drain was somehow blocked as the sinking trench was filled with water very quickly but took very long time to drain. 3 There was a pile of water by the bath tub when I checked in, which may link to the drainage issue. Pro: The room was spacious and perfectly satisfied our needs. The sea view was gorgeous from the main room and the living room. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive and welcoming. You can order takeout and they will be delivered by robots. The location is excellent and not far from the subway and Qingdao Railway Station. The building itself is part of the evening light show, which is awesome. I’d recommend it to anyone in spite of the issues encountered.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel with great amenities off provided in the room and even laundry facilities available for free in order for guests to use. In addition, the check in process was seamless even if we didn’t speak Chinese as they were able to use google translate to communicate and allow us to check in. Wen Qiao was especially a standout as we were having some issues connecting to the WiFi and others were just saying that it wouldn’t have been possible to connect but she took the extra step of finding a way to do so without a Chinese number. She played a huge part in starting off the stay at the hotel in such a welcoming way by taking the extra step to help resolve the issue  and made us feel welcome even if we didn’t speak Chinese.

We had a wonderful stay at Qingdao Litian! The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a welcoming and safe environment that made our trip truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests, making us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend Qingdao Litian for families looking for a kid-friendly and supportive hotel experience. We’ll definitely be back!

It is walking distance to the metro and a huge shopping malls. Starbucks is just down stairs. Perfect place for business travelers that uses metro to work and wanted to take a walk after a long day at work; May Forth Square

The location is perfect, breakfast is the best , although rooms need some renovation but instead it has great staff, Jennifer and Tina were so kind, and I was surprised Wendy who cleans 7th floor was super kind and with good English, if I were the manager of hotel I assign her for front desk that needs proficiency in English

Well, Crown Plaza is our usual our favorite hotel and also our first-choice hotel in Qingdao city and naturally chose the Crowne Plaza Qingdao again. The hotel hasn’t lost any of its avantgarde charm. Furthermore, the employees are still as professional and helpful as I remember them from the last time (this time I would like to mention Ms. Fanny from the front desk, hassel-free check in that was quick and we were given a free upgrade) . The rooms are spacious, and the amenities will cater to every whim. The convenient location is an added bonus, which doesn’t need to be mentioned separately as the hotel location which is near to five four squares.

Location is central. Lots of stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We can see the whole city and the ocean views from our window. Great value. Front desk was on 26th floor and it did cause some trouble when I ordered outside delivery for the first time. But it’s all sorted out and had been smooth thereafter.

Nearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good. The service attitude of the staff we met everywhere was very good, and they sincerely greeted and asked if they needed help. The guest relations manager was very considerate and arranged a satisfactory room for us. The complimentary concise map of scenic spots was especially suitable for travel, and the service was very satisfactory. The ocean view is unbeatable! unrivaled! The characteristic buildings of the seaside square downstairs are just visible from the room. The night view is like thousands of lights, and the room type is suitable for watching the sunrise. The facilities in the room are well-equipped, and Yantai beer, milk, etc. are provided as gifts. We like the decoration style of the room. It is large enough, clean and hygienic. I felt very comfortable for two days. The bathtub also has a good sea view, and the bathroom space is large. The sea view in the gym is amazing❗️ and the training and rest areas for fitness and swimming are quite well designed. There are a variety of cheeses for breakfast. I haven’t had cheese freedom for a long time. I really like it this time! Pastries such as Danish fruit buns are carefully made, and eggs can be used to make a variety of dishes, or only egg whites can be provided. In the Chinese dining area, we had the famous Yantai stewed rice and Chaoshan braised pork ribs. The coffee machine makes pretty good kabobs and lattes, and you can also make Italian espresso - you can adjust the amount of beans and milk foam by yourself. I saw a seafood buffet introduced in the lobby bar. If I come to Yantai again, I will still choose this World Trade Hilton.

Second time stayed here and it was nice. Unfortunately gym and swimming pool wasn’t working. It was clean enough, however I believe a change on the bathroom’s corners material would be good to get rid of moisture. One towel had a hair which it was good. Besides of that it was very good stayed, good location and great view. Breakfast was good, and hotel prepares a package for you in case you are leave to early to take breakfast. The concierge service always more than helpful.

We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

I had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time. Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)! One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table. Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too. Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.

Great hotel. The lobby looks very classy as soon as you enter. We got off the ship quite late that day, and it took less than 10 minutes by taxi to the hotel. The lady at the front desk checked me in quickly. I took a hot shower in the room, which was very comfortable. The shower also had a large bathtub. The room was very warm and the decoration style was what I liked. The room attendant was very friendly. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

It is a very good hotel I often go out to play with my children and have stayed in many family hotels. This time I returned to my grandparents’ house in Weihai and took a boat to Yantai to stay overnight. After choosing a hotel for a long time, I found this five-star hotel with no bad reviews. I originally only chose hotels in the group chain, but suddenly I was curious. Mainly, it fully meets my requirements Before checking in, I called to confirm and learned that I was directly upgraded to a parent-child room with my baby. The room is very large and newly decorated. The swimming pool is a seawater swimming pool and the gym also meets basic needs. There is also a mini children's playground with a laundry room and a microwave. Children's bed rails are also provided. The second hotel I encountered had a fence fixed to the bed with nails. Across the road is the sea. The sand is super fine and clean. I even think the experience this season is better than Sanya. I didn’t bring sand digging tools and the front desk gave me a set for my baby. The most important thing is that the hotel gave me the impression that the service was timely and sincere from the moment I parked the car. The concierge helped with luggage and guided me. After checking in at the front desk, I took him directly into the room and took a look at what was missing. It was brought to me right away. Any employee I encountered when I got lost in the hotel was kind and helpful. Returning to the room is very friendly to children. As long as any request is reasonable but not excessive, the hotel will basically meet it immediately. There are few places to eat near the hotel, and takeout is more convenient. If you drive, it’s beautiful to play along the coastline. The only thing that I think can be improved is the breakfast. The variety of breakfast is very rich. The beef noodles with tofu are delicious. There is also sushi, but some ingredients may not be so fresh due to the off-season. The bread and pasta are also a bit hard. Some dishes are not replenished in time. But the overall experience is very good. I just hope that it will be more perfect when I come again next time. In short, I will recommend it to my friends. I will also take the time to take my children to stay for a few more days. It is worth visiting again.

The hotel is located at the Golden Sand Beach, where you can see the sea while lying on the bed. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete facilities. The bathtub is deep and long, so you can see the sea while taking a bath. The facilities for children to play are also very interesting. The most satisfying thing is that the service is particularly warm and thoughtful, and drinking water is replenished at any time. The Baina Guanlan restaurant next to the hotel has first-class food quality!

The Bright Hotel is perhaps the best Hotel we have stayed at in China whilst visiting over 80 cities. The building is not imposing but the hotel itself is super. The staff have an attitude of ‘what can I do to make your stay the best ever ‘ and it shows . The food and the kitchen staff are the terrific because the food is truly delicious . Little touches like a small plate of fresh fruit adds a little extra to the visit . Added extras like guests washing and drying facilities makes laundry easy and being situated in the Gym gives opportunities to work out . If you are on a business or holiday trip you will not regret staying at the Bright Hotel .

The room was very clean. The service was great. It was a little cold, so I arrived a little late. The concierge brought me a cup of hot milk. The front desk lady, Miss Tao, was also very nice. She gave me a cup of hot water every time I went there. I can't remember her name. There was also a guy from the housekeeping department. He brought me fruit, but I didn't see his name clearly. I think his last name was Han. They were all very enthusiastic. I'll stay at the hotel next time.

Let me start with the bad: the room is not big, it is old and a bit old! The good: I booked a sea view room, and it was in the afternoon when I arrived, just in time to see the sunset, it was super beautiful! The beach and the seaside boardwalk are right in front of the hotel! The scenery is super beautiful and super convenient! Then the service was very good, the concierge helped me take the luggage to the room! I especially want to say that the toiletries are very easy to use, the bubbles that come out are very delicate and soft, and the socks I took off after wearing them for a day the next day are all the fragrance of the shower gel! You don’t need to apply body lotion after taking a bath, your skin is smooth!

The hotel is right next to the International Bathing Beach. There is a beach just across the road from the entrance. There are many restaurants nearby and many night market stalls at night. It is only a dozen minutes' walk from Torch 8th Street and not far from Xiaoshiwan. The location is very good. It is especially suitable for elderly people and children to stay here. There is a viewing platform on each floor near the sea, which is very considerate.

1. I feel that this hotel is a great choice for this trip. Xiao Wang and Xiao Bian's service is very good. They took the initiative to upgrade me to a deluxe sea view room with a good view. Fruits were given when I checked in and left. 2. I accidentally discovered that I could scan the code to order food in the room for dinner. I ordered small portions of celery fried meat and onion and fungus fried eggs, each for 12 yuan. As a result, the waiter brought it over. I saw that the portion was not small, and it didn't feel like a small portion. It was much more affordable than eating in a restaurant outside. A photo is attached at the back. Let's see if it's affordable. 3. On the day of departure, I had breakfast in the restaurant. A waiter uncle knew that the child had a birthday, and he immediately gave the child a blessing, and also sent a small doll, and said very thoughtfully that if the child had a birthday, he could serve you separately if you needed anything. It was very heartwarming, and I felt that the hotel's service had been upgraded to a higher level. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommended.

The room in this hotel is great! It feels particularly warm and comfortable as soon as you enter the door. The bed was big and soft, lying on it was like being surrounded by clouds, and I slept until dawn. The sanitary condition is also impeccable, there is no dust. The lighting design is clever and the atmosphere is full. And the facilities are complete, it is super convenient to use

Atour's quality is good, the facilities are average, but it feels good, and there is a small robot for food delivery 🤖, which is very interesting. The front desk service is very good. I was very satisfied with the stay during the Spring Festival. Because there was something at home, I ended the trip early. I will stay here next time. The surrounding area is very convenient, and the city government is next to it. The city government of the Spring Festival is like a lantern festival.

It is worthy of being the hospitable Shandong, thumbs up! A hotel where you can lie down and watch the sea, you must book a sea view room! The service staff at the front desk were very kind and enthusiastic, reminding us that the weather was still a little cold, and asked the children to pay attention to the time and dress for catching the sea. The hotel has an elevator that leads directly to the beach, which is very convenient. I accidentally scratched my hand while catching the sea. The hotel sent a whole bottle of new iodine disinfectant and cotton swabs. The service sister delivered it to the door as soon as possible, smiling and very enthusiastic, very touching! You can eat breakfast while watching the sea. The hotel mineral water can be taken by yourself, which is very convenient. As soon as the smart curtains are opened, there is an endless sea, super beautiful! The comb in the hotel is really easy to use! There is a response to everything, the service is very enthusiastic, except that the capacity of the trash can is a little small, the overall experience is great! Although there is still one night today, I will write down the recommendation while lying down and listening to the sound of the waves.

Takeaways can be delivered to the room by the front desk, but I was embarrassed to go to the storage point on the first floor to get them myself. It is also very convenient to get takeaways nearby. To the west is Zhudao RT-Mart, which is also convenient for shopping.

I am really satisfied with choosing Dongshan Hotel for this stay. The hotel is in a good location. The yard in front of the door leads directly to the seaside, and you can walk all the way to Haiyuan Park. During the stay, I went there every morning and evening, which was very pleasant and convenient to watch the sunrise. Dongshan Road in front of the hotel is also very beautiful, with French plane trees on both sides and the sloping road, which is very impressive. The service is very considerate, starting from getting off the car, it is warm all the way, like a spring breeze. The facilities in the Yingbin Building are very new and convenient, and everything you need is available. The breakfast is also good. I had two meals in the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which can process seafood bought at the wharf. The stir-fried dishes ordered are also very good, and they are divided into large, medium and small portions, which can be delivered to the room, which is very thoughtful. Next time I come to Weihai, I will still choose Dongshan Hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends!
