The space capsule I ordered at the beginning did not have the bunk beds in another room type. The lady at the front desk was very nice and kept coordinating. There were also robots for takeout and so on. There were no shortcomings except that the bed frame was a bit noisy! E-sports hotels are great!

The room is large and has a bathtub. The hygiene is pretty good. The price is very good in this area. They were very considerate and provided afternoon tea with round beds and various themes. I was very moved after seeing it.

The room was cleaned very well and a free upgrade was provided. The service provided by the young lady was also very good. The location allows you to see the scenery outside, which is so beautiful. It is also very nice to take pictures.

During the first day the taxi driver missed out the location and alighted us few hundred meter away in cold weather. Upon contact the apartment in-charge she direct us to our unit straight. The apartment is a loft unit that come with 3 queen size beds able to cater for 6 persons and both my kids can sleep in a spacious bed. Two of the beds are located at upper deck and one at lower deck. One of the room even comes with projector. The dinner table is located at upper deck that free up the space at lower deck. In general the room is quite cosy and has enough power supply for my family which we use multiple electronic devices. Wifi is also available that serve us well. As for amenities nearby shopping centre, provision shop, restaurants etc.. is quite convenient in short walking distance. Metro station is about 300 m away that so easy for us to travel with train around the city. Upon checking out the apartment in-charge also gave us a free gift for our souvenir that so heartwarming. I’m going to miss this place…..

There was an air conditioner but no one was using it. I asked the baby to get the air conditioner. She closed the window when it was cold and opened it when it was hot. The lady boss is pretty nice

Let’s say that the location and the view from the room were good, but there is little else recommend the hotel. The window was dirty and completely cracked, the air-conditioning didn’t work at all, but there was a small heater in the side of the room. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board, and there was no microwave in the room, despite being an apartment hotel. There was also no bath, but only a shower with no shower curtain. There was no bedside lamp, only very cheap slippers, although there was a fridge. I did check another, rather dark room, but that had a very small bath with a microwave that didn’t work, and no view. The elevator itself was falling to pieces, as were the walls due to salt damp. I wanted to change the room on the second night, but was told that the rooms were full. Think very carefully if you want to come here!

Near to metro station and bus station, also tianjin station is only one bus station away. It has everything u need also washing machine. Easy check in and out. Host allowed us to late check out for free so happy. Only one things is bed sheets are not clean

Excellent location on line 1, so great for moving around the city. Also walking distance to plenty of great coffee shops and sights. Secure swipe entry to main door and rooms. Cute coffee shop as part of the hotel. My room had a bath which also provided a bath bomb for a small charge.

Stayed here for 3 nights which was more than enough. The beds are quite hard and there is a lot of noise. It is pretty cool to be sleeping in a space capsule though. It’s very cozy! I would recommend to book the 2-person capsule for 1 person, it gives you a bit more space and comfort. The rest of the building could use some extra care. The small table and chairs in the common area seem to almost fall apart. There is only 1 bathroom/toilet for the entire space, which is not enough when the place is fully booked. Small things like toilet paper in the bathroom would make the stay more convenient. Location was fine, it only takes 5-10 minutes walking to the metro which takes you downtown in 30 minutes. Lots of shops and restaurants around as well. The host was friendly and helpful.
