In 2022, Cable Bahamas and ALIV launched ALIVFibr - the nation's fastest direct to home fibre network with an impressive 1Gbps speed. As we forge on, our focus stays on groundbreaking innovation, enriching the customer journey, and firing up robust growth for our shareholders.
As we begin a new fiscal year, I am proud to share that Cable Bahamas Ltd. Group has sustained steady growth in Q1 FY25, solidifying our position as a market leader and a driver of innovation in the telecommunications industry. We now hold 67% of the market share in Fixed Subscribers and 50% in Mobile Subscribers, a testament to the enduring legacy of our products and services and our commitment to growth. Our financial performance remains strong, with a 1% year-over-year revenue increase and a stable EBITDA margin of 39%, a testament to the legacy of our products and services. I am pleased to acknowledge that we have passed over 95,000 homes in New Providence as part of our ongoing Fibre-to-the-Home expansion, bringing us closer to making ALIV Fibr accessible to every Bahamian household. I also celebrate our success in refinancing our BeAliv Limited Series 1 preferred shares, offering greater value and flexibility for shareholders and our mobile company alike. As we look ahead, we remain focused on innovation, enhancing the customer experience, and driving growth for our shareholders, continuing to not just rise to the occasion but raise the bar for excellence in performance.
