We’re excited to bring you the last construction update in 2024 for PURA. Here’s the latest progress: 🏢Building One : West of the Firewall: Appliance installation is complete, and patching and painting are nearly finished. In the common areas, including the west stairwell, drywall and taping have been completed. East of the Firewall: Drywall installation has been progressing from the 6th floor downward. Appliances have been installed on the 6th and 5th floors. Flooring and cabinetry are now complete on the 3rd floor up to the 6th floor. ⛳Amenity Areas: The amenity spaces are fully framed, with electrical work set to begin soon. Rooftop amenities are moving forward as planned, with the outdoor fireplace framing completed and both electrical and gas systems installed. 🏗️Building Two: The roof is complete, and windows have been installed, making the building 98% watertight. Fans and heat are being used to ensure the building reaches the correct moisture levels before further work continues. Lightweight flooring has been installed on the first floor, with the next level to be completed once the building is dry. Decks and small roofs have been weatherproofed in preparation for applying deck membranes, and siding installation has started on the west side of the building. Trade rough-ins have started!
