  • What a pleasure it was to plan and execute 10 highly specialized dinners across Canada. Spotlighting notable chefs, such as Patrick Kriss at Alo, Antonio Park at Yama, and Dale MacKay at Little Grouse on the Prairie, each dinner was a masterpiece of flavours, ambience, and service. Here is a glimpse into a few of the private dinner setups in each city: Stratus (Toronto), Biera (Edmonton), Cucci (Oakville).

  • Another triumphant Lunar New Year series wraps up! The Aevias team proudly celebrates our eighth iteration of this remarkable event that travels from coast to coast! This video encapsulates the essence of the festivities in Markham, chronicling every moment in 30-second intervals, spotlighting the essential elements and key contributors, including decor, catering, lion dancing, AV, and more.   Guests were warmly welcomed with a cocktail reception, where they indulged in specialty chef action stations, live calligraphy offering well-wishes for the upcoming year, a made-to-order dragon beard candy station, encounters with the roaming God of Fortune, and countless photo opportunities at the photobooth. The vibrant atmosphere emulated the bustling energy of LNY market stalls, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.   The festivities continued with a bespoke six-course meal, an exciting raffle draw, and a series of captivating performances. Kicking off with a mesmerizing Yangqin performance, the evening continued with the crowd-favorite Lion dance. Our Yangqin master returned to the stage alongside the talented ballerinas from the Harriet Chung Performing Arts School, presenting two custom dances, captivating the audience. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the spectacular and cinematic LED-lit Dragon Dance, honoring the Year of the Dragon, performed by the renowned Wushu master Sunny Tang and his crew.   Big kudos to the planning team and all involved for orchestrating such a resounding success! And a big thank you to our client for entrusting us with this series again!   Connect with the Aevias Team to explore how we can help create memorable and impactful events for your organization.

  • Throwing it back to this time last year when we brought a special incentive group to Nashville. From bucket-list activities and team-building experiences to social nights and a private tour of the Opry, this trip was no exception to our approach to #incentivetravel, surprising and delighting employees and teams with a focus on inspiring connections, communication, and results.

  • Aevias welcomed 2024 with a diverse line up of events for clients ranging from the marketing to financial sector. January started with a 3-city series celebrating Women in Business, a virtual all-hands kickoff, and rounded off with an annual Lunar New Year celebration featuring standout food, entertainment, and performances for nearly 500 guests. February followed with equal zest and intensity, kicking it off with another Lunar New Year Gala and virtual kickoff, and wrapping up with a 3-day VIP hospitality suite build-out and experience. Thankful to be able to fill the weeks not only cultivating opportunities for guests to engage, connect, and learn, but also working with so many wonderful and talented event partners.
