  • We at Amplify Consulting Inc. congratulate everyone for making this project a success. It’s a great honour to be a part of this incredible achievement and celebrate Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. winning a Gold Muse Creative Award! “We are so thrilled to be a part of the communications work of Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. and to share this award with them and Kiwi Man Creative,” said Aleece Laird, CEO of Amplify Consulting Inc. “Telling this story through video was a wonderful experience to not only learn what this innovative forest rehabilitation work looks like on the ground but to do so in a way that allows the viewer the chance to learn about something they may never have the opportunity to experience out on the land. Kudos to the team at Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. for this creative award for your storytelling of the incredible work you’re doing in forestry.” 👏 A huge congratulations to Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. and Kiwi Man Creative for this well-deserved recognition! • Our thanks to the Children's Health Foundation of Vancouver Island for their trust in our team to collaborate on this project with referring health professionals. Such a great opportunity to listen and learn from key community members who are partners in the health outcomes of Island Kids!

Define your purpose and clarify your message to amplify your impact.

This is Q̓ʷalayu House in Campbell River and it's beautiful, special, and a safe place. This is one of the Homes Away from Home locations built by the Children's Health Foundation of Vancouver Island we visited today. The other is Jeneece Place in Victoria celebrating 13 years, with another Home coming soon. We are working together with the Foundation to engage referring health professionals across the Island to hear their insight and build strong relationships for the benefit of Island Kids. It's amazing what you can learn when you take the time to connect and listen. #BeBraveEngage

  • Our team had the pleasure of working on a community engagement project in collaboration with the developers of a parcel of land at 2550 Ord Road on Kamloops’ North Shore. Although there were some challenges to work through, our advice in engagement activities is for our client to remove the emotion and employ common sense in the planning and implementation. Read our latest blog for a sneak peek into what we did, why we think this project was approved, and how the development team were able to maintain their reputation as good community partners/developers. https://lnkd.in/g6qzkQtk

  • What do Kamloops, Nanaimo, Prince George, and Chilliwack have in common? Passionate family members, service providers, and care givers of those with ADHD who bravely engaged to share their voice as a part of the ADHD Advocacy Society of BC's "Tell Us How You Really Feel" engagement sessions. Our team has really enjoyed this months-long collaboration with this incredible society whose mission is to bring awareness of what ADHD is, and what it is not. In addition, to advocate for the services and support those with ADHD need - and deserve - within the province of British Columbia. The insight from these in-person community engagement sessions, many virtual sessions, and the online survey has been incredible, thought provoking, and will help to inspire change. Kudos to the Society's Board Chair and the engaged Board of Directors for their vision and their desire to ensure the voices of those they advocated on behalf of are at the table early and often!
