Havtech, our representative in Maryland, along with their client JPG Services, visited our facilities and took the opportunity to inspect their units in production. Matt Kling, Sales Engineer at Havtech, shared his impressions: "Head and shoulders above the rest, this is hands down the most stunning HVAC factory I’ve ever set foot in. They’ve redefined modern manufacturing, setting a new standard for excellence in producing semi-custom air handling units with precision and innovation." Chris Boutilier, Construction Project Manager at JPG, added: "Not even a snowstorm in Montreal, Canada, could keep customers away from the Annexair factory—where world-class innovation and excellence rise above any weather." We are truly grateful for this partnership and were thrilled to have the opportunity to host them at our factory.

Converting an existing commercial office building to a medical office building (MOB) poses many challenges. Among them are increased ventilation requirements and designing within the existing building's structural capabilities. The solution that assisted with both was adding (2) Annexair energy recovery units each providing 39,000 CFM of outdoor air with economizer bypass dampers to comply with CA Title 24 requirements. Annexair’s thermo-composite and bio-composite cabinet construction is unmatched in the HVAC industry. Both provide superior cabinet leakage and deflection characteristics while weighing in about 40% lighter than traditional galvanized steel-constructed air handling equipment.  Fares Jandali Rifai thanks for your support on this one!

Mardi soir, nous avons vécu une soirée exceptionnelle avec le cercle des philanthropes émergents du Centre-du-Québec. Cette magnifique soirée de sensibilisation nous a permis de mieux comprendre l’impact essentiel des organismes qui œuvrent directement sur le terrain. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Carrefour d'entraide Drummond Inc. pour leur accueil! Les participants n’ont pas seulement découvert l’importance de cet engagement, ils ont aussi mis la main à la pâte en préparant des denrées qui seront remises à des organismes de chez nous, afin de soutenir les personnes dans le besoin. It’s always rewarding to see our products making a real impact. Fantastic job by everyone involved—well done! 👏

We were thrilled to host a factory tour for Trane and their client Pfizer at Annexair! This visit was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our advanced manufacturing process and the dedication we put into every HVAC unit we produce. Together, we explored the production of units destined for their projects, sparking meaningful conversations about innovation, energy efficiency, and the future of sustainable HVAC solutions. A big thank you to Trane and Pfizer for taking the time to visit and for their continued trust in Annexair solutions. It’s collaborations like these that drive us to push boundaries and deliver excellence every day.

This is my first Annexaire Biocomposite installation, and I am impressed. Three of these biocomposite rooftops were installed this summer at a local school district and were started and running in a day. The Annexaire Biocomposite unit is a 100% metal-free housing construction with a panel strength of L/1400.
